Mike sets the company’s vision and strategic direction, oversees financial performance, identifies market opportunities, and establishes the organizational structure and policies that support long-term success. He is equally committed to maintaining the strong customer relationships for which the company is known and to the continuous development of both office and field personnel through education and hands-on experience. Actively involved in daily operations, Mike leads EMCOR Services Fagan with a focus on operational excellence, safety, and sustained, profitable growth.
Expertise
Mike’s career in the industry spans 33 years, including 30 years with Fagan. He joined the company in 1996 as Safety Director and progressed through senior leadership roles, including Senior Project Manager and Vice President, demonstrating a consistent commitment to safety, quality, and performance. Prior to joining Fagan, he worked for the Dazey Corporation.
His professional credentials include LEED Accredited Professional, Licensed Master Mechanic, and past Certified Safety Professional. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in safety management from the University of Central Missouri, MCAA Advanced Leadership Institute 2012 Executive Education, and EMCOR Thayer Leadership Program 2024.
The Personal Side
Mike is married to his high school sweetheart and is the proud father of five children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, hiking, boating, fishing, hunting, shooting sports, and playing golf.
